Description: Round 12-hole Ravioli Tray - Imperia - steel and aluminium mould for the preparation of 12 round ravioli. Includes small wooden rolling pin.
Instructions for use:
Prepare your dough and make sheets which should not be too thin. Dust your ravioli tray with flour to prevent sticking. Place one sheet of dough on tray, making sure it overlaps zigzag edges.
Push teaspoonful of filling to the bottom of each cavity. Place a second sheet of dough over filled one so that it overlaps zigzag edges and press gently with palm.
With rolling pin, start at the centre of the ravioli tray and roll in both directions until all ravioli have been cut and sealed. To remove ravioli, turn tray upside down.
