Delivery is FREE within Mainland UK; we strongly believe that other sites charging for delivery are adding an extra (often concealed) cost burden to the customer. At Topcookware, there are NO HIDDEN COSTS.

MAINLAND UK DELIVERY ADDRESSES ONLY

Our aim is to dispatch orders within 3 working days of receipt of order, provided the goods are held in stock. For large/ bulky items or products currently out of stock, due to high sales volumes, we will dispatch with the aid of our logistics partners within 5-10 days. Customers will be notified immediately on receipt of order of any change to the normal schedule.

For goods over 2kg in weight we will use Business Post, who will collect goods and deliver the following day (i.e. 2 days after receipt of order, providing the goods are in stock). The goods have to be signed for, so please contact customer services by phone or Email to state whether they can be left with a neighbour or delivered to a business address or left in a secure place, otherwise a charge will be made for redelivery.

Products less than 2kg will be sent via Parcel-force or Letter mail dependant upon the size. If you require a small item to be guaranteed next day delivery please contact us and we will send it Business Post at an additional cost.
