Guarantees
We at TopCookware are committed to providing excellent customer service and support. All our products are supplied with full manufacturers 12-month guarantee; in fact our suppliers are so convinced of the quality of their products that most offer a 25-year or a Lifetime guarantee. Products will be replaced or a refund given if the goods are found to be faulty on delivery, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of delivery to arrange uplift and credit where applicable.

The manufacturers guarantee does not cover goods that have been misused or through incorrect cleaning/handling.

TopCookware does its ultimate best to ensure all product descriptions found on our web pages are accurate, the manufacturers or designers have supplied all information, images and specification. Topcookware therefore cannot be held responsible for changes to specifications or for slight inaccuracies to the description of goods supplied. All merchandise offered is subject to change by the manufacturers without prior notice to us, if you order a product which is then replaced or changed by the manufacturer and are not entirely happy with the replacement, we will offer a refund on the cost of the product.
